Community Pharmacy Cooperative (CPC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)-led non-profit organization committed to providing better care and strengthening FQHCs nationwide by improving health center pharmacy services and operations.
CPC partners with FQHCs to improve the clinical and financial outcomes of their in-house pharmacies, offering a range of implementation, optimization, and integration services, covering all aspects of pharmacy operations, with a specialized focus on 340B performance and the enhancement of all clinical pharmacy services.
Our team will help you improve pharmacy services by enhancing prescription capture while instilling confidence in pharmacy regulatory compliance. As a result, you will be able to expand patient access to care, improve your outcomes and caregiver satisfaction, and strengthen your FQHC.
It is the way we are structured to meet your needs. Our Board is comprised of health center leaders that rely on our expertise and knowledge. As an affiliate of Community Care Cooperative (C3), our approach is uniquely tailored to meet the needs of Federally Qualified Health Centers. You tell us what your pharmacy needs are, and we will partner and collaborate with you to ensure you are able to continue providing exceptional care to your patients and communities.
Your pharmacy. Your vision. Our work. Together, we’re implementing best-in-class pharmacy and operational systems to better serve the needs of your patients.
